Position Description

Dott. (MS) Vivin Vinod has a multidisciplinary background with a Bachelors(hons) in Physics with minors in Mathematics and Philosophy, and a master of science (laurea) in Economics with a focus on advanced computational simulations for econometrics and machine learning for financial swap assessment.

His current research focuses on using Kernel methods for excitonic energy estimation for Bacterio-Chlorophyll light harvesting complexes under the DFG grant 466761712 for the project “Excitation Energy Transfer in a Photosynthetic System with more than 100 Million Atoms“.
